Return & Exchange Policy
Shipping Policy
1. Eligibility and Time Frame
• You may return or exchange merchandise within 10 calendar days of the shipment date.
• Returns are accepted only for items that are in original, unused condition. Hair extensions or bundles must not be worn, washed, dyed, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.
2. Packaging and Security Seals
• Each product is sealed with a plastic protective cover and secured with an elastic band. Both the protective cover and elastic band must remain intact and unopened. If either has been opened, damaged, or removed, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
• All original tags, packaging, and documentation (invoice/receipt) must be included and unmodified.
3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Within 10 days of the shipment date, contact our customer care team via email or through the return form on our website and request a return authorization number (RMA).
2. Once you receive your RMA, complete the return form we provide and place it inside the package.
3. Ship the item, in its original packaging and condition, to the address we specify. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the shipment is traceable and insured.
4. Inspection and Refunds
• Returned items are subject to inspection. If the product meets all criteria (unused, unaltered, protective seal intact), we will process a refund to your original method of payment or issue an exchange credit, according to your preference. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for processing.
• If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense and no refund or exchange will be issued.
5. Exclusions and Additional Terms
• Customized or special-order items, clearance products, and promotional bundles are non-returnable.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy or that shows evidence of tampering or use.
• Defective or damaged items should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs; we will work with you to replace or refund such items promptly.
